By Registering, you are agreeing to participate in Burbank Pride’s 
“Family Pride in the Park” 2024

 

  • Payment is due with application submission; you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If we have any questions or problems with your submissions we will contact you.

  • All are welcome to apply! First come first serve!

  • Setup starts at 10am. If you need more time let us know. Email Cherryl at foodtrucks@burbankpride.org The event runs from 12-6pm.

  • There will be a stage and sound with performances during the event.

  • This event is youth and family focused.

  • Security and porta potties will be onsite.

  • You are responsible for cleaning up your area and your own trash. Please be respectful!

  • No electricity, water, lighting, or tents will be provided. 

  • You will have a designated space assigned to you. Burbank Pride takes into account a number of factors in assigning placement at our events. By registering, you agree to honor the location to which you will be assigned. If you have questions regarding your placement, you are welcome to reach out to the, please contact foodtrucks@BurbankPride.org

  • FEES:

    • Food Truck fees: $300

  • All Booth Applicants will be required to agree to these terms and check the box on the forms.

  • No Cancellations are accepted unless authorized by Cherryl - Food Truck Chair. We are only selecting 7 trucks for our event so that your truck will be special. We also try not to have the same type of truck. Since Food Trucks book up so fast we need to make sure we have a guarantee of the ones we choose.

REFUND POLICY:*

I agree that my Truck Fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

 

PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Food Truck Requirements: have to have all permits and insurance up to date. (City of Burbank Business License, L.A. County Food Permit (if applicable), and DMV Registration for your truck. Mobility Food Permit)

 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Insurance.

SET UP DETAILS:

  • All participating food trucks MUST remain set up for the entire duration of the event.

  • Our fair is OUTSIDE at Johnny Carson Park.

  • The event is rain or shine.

  • There is no electricity access. 

  • More information on Food Truck Location and load in times will be given out closer to the event

If we are SOLD OUT of spots WE will open up a Wait-list:  We will then notify you only if a spot becomes available.
